This is to notify Lagos State indigenes in Tertiary Educational Institutions all over the country that application forms for the State ’s 2010/2011 Bursary Award will be available on line at www.lagosscholarship.org from Monday 11th April to Friday 24th June, 2011. Each applicant is expected to pay and obtain receipt for N1, 000.00 except for Law School, School of Maritime and School of Dental Technology students that are supposed to pay N2, 000.00 for the forms.
Payment should be made at the Office of the Special Adviser on Education, Block 5, Room 314, The Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja.Thereafter, scratch cards can be obtained at the Scholarship Board, 254 Ipaja Road, Beside NYSC Orientation Camp, Agege on presentation of the above mentioned receipt.
Duly completed application forms must be submitted with photocopies of all documents required by the Board at the interview venues, on dates to be announced later.

b. Letter of Admission.
c. Student’s Identity Card.
d. Birth Certificate
e. Academic Certificates obtained.
f. JAMB Result Slip.
g. Any other documentary evidence.
