I know this might be coming late but at all at all, na im bad pass. We all have been hearing about the N4000 for admission letter. Please, please and please, don't pay oooo. Well, except you wanna dash the school money sha.

Well to me i think we are still going to pay for it whether we like or not cuz @ the end of the whole program,we will be asked to present it for clearance but if you feel like paying it @ dis early time fine so far u have the money now....the choice is urs
